One Booking, Zero Manual Steps

The Challenge

A solo career mentor launching her first paid consultation service: no booking flow, no follow-up process, and no budget for paid software. The entire system had to run from her phone, with no technical background required.

What I Built

One connected client journey, automated end to end on free tools:

• Booking flow: a client books a slot and a branded payment-link email sends itself within minutes; one tap from her phone confirms payment, then the meeting link and intake form follow automatically
• Post-session: three automated branded emails; thank-you, testimonial request, and follow-up offer
• A two-database Notion CRM that tracks every client and session at a glance

The Outcome

A self-running client journey on 100% free tools, up to five branded emails per client, none written manually. Handed over with full SOPs and troubleshooting docs, tested end-to-end.
