How is this different from hiring a virtual assistant?
A VA executes the tasks you assign. I own the operations layer, I map how your business actually runs, design the systems behind it, and make sure they hold without your constant direction. You are not handing off tasks; you are handing off the structure behind them.
We are in different time zones, does that work?
Yes. I work with founders across the US, UK, Australia, and Europe. Most of the work is asynchronous, clear systems, documentation, and updates you can review on your own schedule; with scheduled calls in overlapping hours. Time zones rarely slow things down when the workflow is built for it.
How does the partnership actually work?
We start with a discovery call to understand your business. From there it is a monthly retainer or a scoped project. You get a clear plan, regular progress updates, and systems documented as we build; so nothing lives only in my head.
What tools do you work with?
Notion, Google Workspace, ClickUp, Calendly, Tally, Mailer Lite, System.io, Zoho, and more. I meet your business where it already is, I will not force a new tool unless it genuinely makes things simpler.
