From Inbox Chaos to Operational Clarity

The Challenge

A solopreneur with 445+ unread emails, no triage system, and a calendar with overlapping blocks across 4 time zones. Chaos masking itself as productivity.

What I Built

A complete triage and scheduling structure, built entirely inside the tools already in use:

  • Five smart label categories: Follow Up, Waiting, Delegate, Scheduling, To Read
  • Priority filters and an auto-archive flow, so the inbox keeps clearing itself
  • Google Calendar restructured with theme blocks and 4 time zones

The Design Intent

A maintainable, self-running admin system: focus time reclaimed, no more missed follow-ups, and the full week visible at a glance, across all time zones.
