A Client System, Built to Product Standard

The Brief

Solo coaches consistently struggle with tracking client progress, goals, and session notes in one place. I designed a complete Notion template to solve this — built to product standard, not as a one-off setup.

What I Designed

One connected system, structured so a coach can see everything without maintaining anything:

• Main dashboard with a live coaching snapshot: active clients, progress, goals, wins
• Per-client dashboards with a goals tracker, weekly progress table, and wins gallery
• 5-step setup and status-based archiving, so the system stays clean as it grows

The Outcome

A system a coach can set up in five steps, without me in the room. Designed and documented to product standard, it now works as a ready-to-deploy deliverable in client engagements.
